Please PRINT LEGIBLY. Any information or forms will be mailed to the address you provide below. Anyone entering the pit area who is 17 years of age or younger must have a minors release on file at the track office. Forms are available at the track, or you may call 512-
262-1352 and leave information to have one either mailed or faxed to you.

Registration Fee is $50.00. Please make checks payable to Thunder Hill Raceway, P. O. Box 1086, Manchaca, Texas, 78652. Each person entering the pit area will be required to purchase a pit pass regardless of age. Children under the age of 12 must be within arms reach of a parent or guardian AT ALL TIMES. Alcohol and fighting are not allowed in the pit area. Persons caught violating these rules will result in disqualification of the driver they are with, and will be asked to leave the property.

I attest that I have read the Demo Derby Rules and Procedures, and that I will abide by and follow the rules and instructions from the THR officials and/or management while on THR property.

I understand that the THR officials and/or management will interpret and apply the Demo Derby Rules and Procedures to the best of their abilities.

I understand and agree that I am a private contractor and as such that I am responsible for any and all taxes, fees, or assessments, and will report any winnings (purse money) received from Thunder Hill Raceway.
